Worldwide Delivery
When ordering from the UK, your saddles will be delivered within 2 business days by DPD Local. The price of the saddles includes packaging. Within the UK, the saddles are shipped fully assembled and ready to use in a large double skin cardboard box (61x48x48cm), securely wrapped in bubble wrap for safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email or text once the saddles are shipped.
For international deliveries, shipping costs and delivery times will vary. Shipping is done through DHL Express. Please refer to the shipping costs automatically added to your cart at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability. If you are purchasing multiple saddles from outside the UK, contact us for possible reduced shipping costs.

Accessories purchased with any child's saddle will be shipped together to reduce shipping costs.
VAT (taxes) will only be charged to customers in the UK during checkout.
Customers from the USA or Australia will pay the net amount to us without sales tax or duty.
Customers from Canada and European countries will pay the net amount to us but will need to pay their country's VAT and any import duty to DHL before delivery.
Returns
While we hope you adore your Versatile saddle, if you wish to return it for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so for a full refund. Please note that the child's saddle must not have been used in order to be eligible for a refund.
