Right to Cancel / Withdrawal

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds

  • Once the returned Versatile Saddle is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • To exchange the Versatile Saddle for another size or model, please contact our customer support team.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Any price difference and applicable shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
